By attending Harlow Hindu Society events, attendees agree to comply with the organisation’s governing documents and health & safety measures set by the Committee.
Anyone attending Harlow Hindu Society events will be doing so at their own risk, Harlow Hindu Society cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury.
Harlow Hindu Society does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property brought to their events.
Any eligible guest under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult who is a parent or legal guardian, or someone acting with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Harlow Hindu Society reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to their events at their absolute discretion. They also reserve the right to postpone or cancel their events at any stage. They also reserve the right to alter or change any aspect of their events without prior notification.
Harlow Hindu Society will not pay any compensation if any of their events are postponed, cancelled, or changed.
Under no circumstances will the Harlow Hindu Society be liable for unforeseen or indirect loss.
For ticketed events, tickets may not be sold, traded, transferred or offered for sale and may not be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by anyone except Harlow Hindu Society.
For ticketed events, every person entering the event must be in possession of a valid ticket.
Harlow Hindu Society reserve the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from their events, any person who refuses to be searched or who has in their possession something which is not permitted.
Attendees also have the responsibility of checking for food allergens before eating any food items during events.
Furthermore, please be aware during events, attendees may be captured in photography and videography, which may be used in promotional materials, if an attendee wishes that their photos/videos are not used, they must let a Committee Member know at the event.
